Notes: The PVS Supplier Management process is a highly developed and mature initiative that ensures full adherence to supplier terms. This is an on-going process as the terms and performance of the supplier are checked on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis depending upon the nature of the service provided.

Key Operational Advantages for Fleet Operators

PVS operates a Full Supplier audit programme. The ongoing management and audit of suppliers for any of our customers is via a rigorous process of monthly, quarterly, and yearly meetings. Questionnaires are sent to each supplier at least once per year, and in cases where follow up actions are required, suppliers maybe visited by members of the PVS team. This ensures full adherence to supplier terms.

PVS will also work with you as our customer and the supplier to understand how we can support with key performance indicators to be able to demonstrate the supplier’s performance on a monthly basis.

It is key that our 3 way triangle with your suppliers is clear and unambiguous so that everyone understands what is expected and when. This helps everyone drive performance and compliance.
