There are four essential components of an efficient accident management programme

This combined solution provides a comprehensive accident management programme with the ability to repair all vehicle classes, fuel types and sizes, covering the whole of the UK.   • The Welfare of the Driver and Passengers - Either by APP or by a single telephone number operated 24/7/365, the driver can receive immediate support following the accident. Assistance in the form of repair, recovery and replacement vehicles can all be handled immediately, with the operator in constant contact with the driver. At no time will the driver feel isolated, being kept updated as the process begins by APP, phone, email, or text.
  • First Notification of Loss - Immediately following an accident, the FNOL will be filed with the insurer. The aim is to manage overall claims expenditure, avoiding and mitigating costs wherever possible, whilst providing a premium solution to clients and an optimal customer experience. Key focus areas are efficiency within claims handling and driving average repair costs down by managing cycle time down.
